Bruce Wayne was forced to retire, he was left a paraplegic But then he was given highly experimental spinal surgery that allowed him to walk again. So he did, in fact, come back better. That's how he beat Bane. Bruce Wayne never retired. As to playing as Robin, as much as the idea of having co-op play, either on or offline appeals to me, I would prefer if Robin would be kept out of the game. However, Catwoman remains a highly likely companion for Batman in the game as in the plot summary given (to be found on Wikipedia) he rescues her from Two-Face. So co-op may remain an option. YUS!

Google chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	I don't want to revive the Arkham Asylum thread because it's 3 years old. So I'll just use this one instead. What a great game. The combat is so great and fluid. Bat's gadgets are great fun. And the villains. Oh my god the villains. The interpretations of them are all so good. My favourites being Joker, Scarecrow and Killer Croc. Bane was a bit underdone and brief, sadly. So does city improve on asylum? Or is it a step backwards? No spoilers though please. Moving around the city, fighting, helping, I rented it and regret not buying it. I haven't beat the first one yet either and was enjoying that. Both games are 9's if not 10's.

Posts: 1,922 Group: Member Member #7,745 Joined: June 11, 2012	It's leaps and bounds better than Asylum. It has what Asylum had and then some. I liked the free roaming and beating up random thugs that follow a different villains orders. While still have yet to complete the game I'm one happy buyer and really can't wait until a third one comes out.
